Photographic studio conversion incorporating living space
Our approach:

The client requested for a particularly high specification space that maximised every available square foot from the existing building. It quickly became clear to us that the existing design did not optimize the layout of the building or the available space. We rethought the approach, presented the new plans and began the improved arrangement upon receiving the client’s approval, which included a much larger open plan kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor and 7sqm of additional space.

We constructed a contemporary stainless steel mezzanine and the floor was treated with a bespoke polished concrete finish. Finally, to meet the need for maximising usable space, we constructed several unique storage solutions throughout the premise.

The result:

The project was delivered on time and within budget. Most importantly, the client was delighted with the end result especially with the innovative electrical and plumbing design and the under floor heating system.. The client’s testimonial underlines his complete satisfaction.
